“We recently took possession of our new home with SFS Builders (SFS Bellagio) at Vyttila, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the early stage of walkthrough to the final delivery, the quality of workmanship and attention to detail were evident. What impressed us most was the seamless handover process. The team made the transition so effortless, handling the documentation, to the quality checks, the key handover, and surprisingly to the extend of helping us and being with us in organising our Griha Pravesha (housewarming) ceremony. We truly appreciate the transparency, commitment to quality, and responsiveness shown by SFS Builders. It made this important milestone in our life a pleasant and stress-free experience. We would truly recommend SFS Builders to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused experience.”

“I am a doctor working at Lisie Hospital and have been staying at your SFS Center Cove for the past few years in a flat rented through SFS Home Care division. I felt I should write to you personally to say how much I admire the way you are carrying forward your father's legacy. I also want to thank Yamini from SFS Home Care. She was always reasonable with rental hikes, and so was the owner. Also, a heads up to request me to move out from the apartment was given well in advance. Living at SFS Center Cove has convinced me that the flat itself is the best advertisement for your work. The quality and comfort speak for themselves. When I am able to afford one, I would definitely want to own an SFS apartment. This is a thank-you note from the bottom of my heart. I moved in with my toddler, and now I see him growing into a five-year-old here, Wishing you both continued success as you build on this remarkable legacy...”
