Generator Backup : Power backup provided with diesel fueled power generator of sufficient capacity, subject to maximum limit of 1000W per apartment sufficient to power backup to power all lights, fans, TV and one refrigerator. This captive produced power shall not be metered.

On Grid Solar Power System : Project shall be fitted with ON GRID SOLAR POWER SYSTEM to power the common area facilities (capacity and design subject to the government rules prevailing at that time). This SOLAR POWER SYSTEM will be at extra cost.
