SKYLINE FOUNDATIONS & STRUCTURES (P) LTD.is founded by Late Mr.P.Krishnan, Mr.K.Lava, Managing Director and Mr.K.Srikant, Director who have over 25 years of solid experience in real estate projects in Kerala.
Till date, we have been fully involved in Design, Construction, Marketing and handing over of over 100 residential projects all over Kerala.
SFS have currently a staff strength of 150 at our offices in Trivandrum, Cochin Bangalore and Dubai.
We have adequate construction machinery to enable construction of our highrise projects and are in the process of acquiring more.
SFS have also full fledged piling division with complete machinery to enable quick completion of piling foundations.
K.Srikant Director, did his Senior Cambridge from Loyola, Trivandrum and MBA from Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) in 1978.He has personally been heading the international marketing operations of Skyline for the past 25 years and have undertaken numerous trips to all prominent NRI markets.
Mr. Srikant believes that strong customer orientation and continuous learning are the key elements to his business success. MR. Srikant, the former State Chairman of B A I (Builders’ Association of India) an all India body of Builders and Constructors. He is a world traveler and a very keen Golfer too.
K.Lava Managing Director, graduated his B.Tech from College of Engineering, Trivandrum in 1983. He has the total responsibility for design and construction areas of Skyline ensuring quality and on time delivery of all projects.
He is the current Chairman of BAI and Treasurer of Rotary club. He is also
the former Secretary (for 2 years) and Chairman (for 2 years) of Kerala Builders’ forum (K B F).He too is a keen golfer.
